Volunteer

The San Mateo Chapter always welcomes volunteers! There are many ways to volunteer, including beach cleanups, special events, and working with us on local initiatives. You can volunteer for one-off events or ongoing programs. We appreciate any time and effort you’re able to contribute. You’ll find a list of our local initiatives here.

Additionally, if you are interested in donating your time to serve in a volunteer leadership position, please let us know. Current open volunteer positions are listed below.

Send us an email at communications@smc.surfrider.org, and let us know what area you’re interested in working on with us!
