Surfrider San Mateo County (SMC)'s Hold On To Your Butt (HOTYB) program works with other SMC Coastside environmental orgs to provide cigarette butt receptacles, collect and recycle the tobacco waste. We recently added 2 new receptacles along with several others already available along the coast. New locations include Surfer's Beach RV Park and The Coastal Vine wine bar in Moss Beach.
